Infant massage is an ancient tradition dating back to the beginning of time. More recently, a woman by the name of Vimala McClure introduced infant massage techniques to the United States and worked to develop the current program as it is taught now. Infant massage has been vigorously researched and is proven to be incredibly beneficial for infants. All our instructions are certified through the US Chapter of the International Association of Infant Massage - Certified Educators of Infant Massage (CEIM).
Benefits of Infant Massage
Our infant massage classes are designed for babies ages 0-6 months and their caregivers. Classes will be a time to breathe, connect, and be present with your baby. You'll be guided through massage strokes and movements that are rooted in ancient wisdom, and will leave class with tools to support your baby's sleep, development, and more through massage techniques.
