Baby and Me Yoga

 

 This class is designed for parents/caregivers and their little ones. The first part of each class will be aimed at caring for the caregivers. We'll stretch, strengthen, and breathe together, encouraging self-care and cultivating community. The second part of the class will include gentle stretches and massage techniques for the babies, facilitating bonding, motor development, and relaxation.

Babies that are pre-crawling

Series: Thursdays 10 - 11am with Miss Laura

January Series: 1/9, 1/16, 1/23 

Stand-alone Class: Tuesdays 5 - 6pm with Miss Laura 

First Tuesday of each month 

Cost:

Mini-Series is $45 - pre-registration required

Caregivers and Crawlers

 This class, designed for crawling infants and their caregivers (parent, grandparent, nanny, etc!), is all about connection, movement, and fun! Class will focus both on engaging postures for caregiver and the infant, as well as free-play time for the infants while the caregivers flow through restorative, balances poses. 

Ages:

Crawlers and early walkers (through 2 years old)

Thursdays 11:30 - 12:30pm with Miss Laura

Toddler Yoga

 This class is designed to inspire a child's natural thirst for knowledge. In this imaginative session, we combine simple yoga poses with songs, puppets and stories that engage social, sensory and motor skills while increasing strength and flexibility. Classes include postures, breathing exercises and relaxation time. 

Ages:

2-5 year olds

Mondays 5:15-6pm with Miss Sarah 

Wednesdays 10 - 10:45am with Miss Sarah

Cost:

Punch card for 10-classes can be purchased for $150

Kids Yoga

 Recalibrate after school with a fun, engaging, and balancing yoga class! These classes are for kids of all abilities, and will include a variety of yoga and mindfulness practices. We'll play games, read stories, move our bodies, and learn about being kind, healthy, and confident. 

Ages:

4-9 year olds

4:15 - 5pm with Miss Laura

Cost:

Punch card for 10-classes can be purchased for $150

Teens Yoga

 This class is specifically designed for teens to work on strength and flexibility while relieving the stress of daily life. Each class is structured with positive intentions and themes geared towards teen ages. Classes include postures, breathing exercises and meditation. 

Ages:

12+ year olds

Mondays 5:15 - 6pm with Miss Sarah

Winter Series: 1/6 to 2/24

Cost:

8-week series is $100 - pre-registration is required

Family Yoga

Gather the family and come out for this fun, engaging class! You'll be led through fun partner and group poses, yoga games, and fun, centering mindfulness activities that are sure to bring the whole family closer together. 

Ages:

all ages

Class Schedule:

We will offer Friday evening and weekend classes 1-2 times per month

January: 1/25 from 10-11am 

February: 2/14 from 6-7pm 

Cost:

$20/caregiver+child and

$5/additional family member

All Abilities Yoga

 This class is designed for all ages and children, with drop-in and class series varying in what diagnosis and/or need it is designed for. This class is structured with extra support for children with special needs, and is designed to develop listening skills, motor skills, social-emotional skills, and self confidence while increasing strength and flexibility. Classes will include postures, breathing exercises and meditation. 

*If you're not sure if your child will be a good fit for this class, call our office and we can help you determine whether this class would be a good option for your child!

Yoga for the Parent and Caregiver

Find healing and balance in this restorative class designed specifically for parents and caregivers. We’ll practice connection and self-care through asana, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation. No experience necessary!

Class Schedule:

Tuesdays 5-6pm with Laura

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is an empowering practice to help build a mother’s confidence, provides a connection to her and her growing baby, builds a community, and prepares her for labor and delivery.   Through movement, breath, and time for reflection, prenatal yoga assists in improving blood flow and oxygen to both baby and mother.  


This class is led by Om Momma Yoga owner and teacher, BrieLynn, an experienced and passionate prenatal yoga instructor.


Class Schedule and Cost:

Mondays 6:45-8pm

Session 1: February 3, 10, 17, 24 ($59)

Session 2: March 2, 9, 16, 23 ($59)
